Jair Clarke was a Microsoft global CTO that grew a team of 20 to a $1B+ organization (leading thousands of team members) responsible for commercial systems, artificial intelligence, and products across all industries for Microsoft Customers and Partner Solutions $175B+ business. Within this organization, Jair was responsible for all technology and processes at scale to empower customers, partners, sellers and more. Jair is a board of directors member of the publicly traded company Xponential Fitness (NYSE: XPOF). Jair’s career with 4 Fortune 50 companies (Lockheed Martin, IBM, Disney, & Microsoft) has been featured in interviews, articles, podcasts and more. He’s overseen artificial intelligence, product management, digital transformation, digital marketing, cybersecurity, data science, emerging tech & experiences and more. Previously, Jair was responsible for strategizing and executing every combination of Microsoft products and services (including Industry Clouds) to enable digital transformation. His executive experience covers a plethora of industries (Health, Financial Services & Insurance, Energy, Media & Entertainment, Technology, Retail, Sales, Products, Public Sector, and more). 

Prior to Microsoft, Jair was responsible for Disney’s digital analytics, business strategy technologies and roadmaps supporting the Chief Commercial Officer. His tech and business scope spanned influencing traditional and non-traditional monetization, products, and experiences such as mobile apps, wearable devices, ecommerce etc. 

Jair was also a leader for IBM’s Watson, held a U.S. Top Secret SCI Full Scope Polygraph security clearance, oversaw all technical capabilities for the United States counter-narcotics command partnering with various government agencies (e.g. CIA, FBI), increased business revenue by 800% within 2 years, and consistently doubled annual revenue. He has global P&L responsibility experience and formally held roles as the executive champion of diversity and inclusion. 

Jair’s a University of Miami alum and helped win a football national championship.
